Due to the exclusive nature and high value of our inventory, our policy is designed to protect the integrity, authenticity, and provenance of every timepiece.
I. 🛡️ Eligibility & Return Window
We enforce a strict return policy to maintain the quality of our collection.
- Return Window: You must notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
- Condition: The watch must be unused and show absolutely no signs of wear, usage, scratches, or modification (including resizing or alterations).
- Originality: The item must be returned with all original tags, inner and outer packaging, certificate of authenticity, and protective materials intact.
- Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
II. 🎥 Mandatory Proof Requirement
To qualify for any return or exchange, you must provide the following:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Relevant photos clearly showing the issue (if applicable).
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not be accepted without the mandatory, continuous unboxing video.
III. 🚫 Non-Returnable Goods (Final Sale)
The following items are exempt from return or exchange:
- Customized or engraved timepieces.
- Sale Items (all items purchased during a promotional sale are Final Sale).
- Items returned without original documentation or tags.
- Gift cards & downloadable software products.
- Perishable, intimate, or hazardous goods.
IV. 💸 Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are verifiably damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival (as confirmed by the unboxing video).
- We will arrange a replacement of the same model (or equivalent value if unavailable).
- Once verified, the replacement and shipping of your new timepiece will be at no additional cost.
Partial Refunds
A full refund will not be granted if the item is returned:
- Missing components or parts due to customer error.
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, etc., if sold alongside the watch).
Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after inspection.
V. 📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Shipping Costs: If the issue is our error, we will cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (deducted from the refund).
